How to pay for lessons
All lessons are paid in a term block. We offer Direct Debit via GoCardless and accept cheques. No cash payments are accepted.
Payment methods
Direct Debit via GoCardless
Swimmers can pay term fees by Direct Debit through GoCardless. This provides automatic renewal to the swim school, so your place is secured each term without needing to take manual action.
Direct Debit can be cancelled at any time with ease. Only amounts you have agreed to will be taken from your bank. Once a Direct Debit payment has been released, no refunds will be given — please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.
Cheque
You may also pay by cheque. Cheques must be received before the payment deadline to secure your swimmer's place.
Cash
We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
When is payment due?
Fees for the following term are due before the end of the current term. We will contact all parents and guardians with invoice details, a payment deadline, and reminders as the due date approaches. Please also follow our Facebook page for payment updates.
If payment is not received by the deadline, spaces may be released to waiting list families. New customers have 4 days to pay in full from the date of their invoice.
Hardship cases
We are sympathetic to families experiencing financial hardship or with multiple children enrolled. Please get in touch with us as early as possible — we will sometimes allow deposits or payment plans to hold a swimmer's place. This is at the manager's discretion.
